Millhill Health Fair and Back to School Drive

A tremendous effort was made by TayganPoint for Millhill’s 2017 summer drives.  TayganPoint employees—along with help from their friends and families—graciously donated items for both Millhill’s Health Fair and Back-to-School drives.

Millhill Child & Family Development Center serves more than 5,000 families in Greater Trenton to improve their quality of life through educational, counseling, and family support services.

Millhill’s Health Fair Drive is looking to collect everyday items that are often overlooked for under-resourced families in an initiative to keep the Millhill families well stocked with the basics! These items include laundry detergent, soap, towels, toothbrushes, toys, etc.  All collected items will be distributed to families at Millhill’s 4th Annual Health Fair on September 29th, 2017. The Health Fair is a day of fun, family, and learning about health through local organizations.

Millhill’s Back-to-School Drive is an annual donation drive to prepare the students of Millhill to head back to school in the fall.  TayganPoint was able to collect backpacks, pencils, notebooks and general school supplies to plan for the year ahead. The collected items will be distributed to the students in need before the 2017-2018 school year commences.

TayganPoint is happy to announce that it collected and dropped off over 75 items for Millhill’s Health Fair and Back-to-School drives this year.  Thank you to all that participated in the donation efforts.

Millhill is proud to enrich the well-being of its children and families, and it is always looking for volunteers and donations.  For more information on how you can help out at Millhill, please contact Lauren Ettlinger at lettinger@tayganpoint.com
